“I cannot change your lifestyle, if you want to do that, play the lotto and hope you win. Then your lifestyle will change. I can only assist you in changing parts of your eating habits that will benefit you in having a healthier lifestyle.”

I believe in early intervention and that is why helping parents with neonatal and paediatric feeding is so important to me. Assisting parents with children that have feeding difficulties, chronic conditions, allergies or intolerances can improve health outcomes and decrease future medical complications.

Being successful in sport has no single factor that can turn an individual into a top performer. Having the correct Parents, Training, Skills and DIET are equally important factors. The correct diet is not just important for Olympic athletes, but for all ages and sports codes. It is an integral part of being well prepared and enjoying the sporting activity.

Benefits of sport-specific nutrition:

  • Reduce risk of injuries
  • Promotes consistent performance
  • Promotes muscle adaptation to training
  • Reduces recovery time.

I am looking forward in working with you in achieving your nutritional goals.
